Looking after yourself means you can look after your brood. Just remember that selfcare isn't selfish - it's necessary for your mental wellbeing and for you to feel the best for you and your family,

Created by Smiling Mind, this app has quick and easy mindfulness exercises designed to help you cope with the every day challenges of Motherhood. I used this in the 5 minutes I ever had to myself to recharge and check in with myself. 


Daily Affirmations

This practice helps to improve your mindset. It doesn't happen overnight and requires some commitment but, for me, when the going gets tough this really helps ground me and get me through.
